International Byron Society

Dear all, has anyone studied Byron's Manfred in Lacanian background? I am preparing a paper and any comment on this would not go amiss..

There's a very good introduction by Jane Stabler in a Longman's edition of a collection of essays on Byron. She discusses different critical approaches to Byron up until the 1990s. I found it excellent.
